Whether you need a room for a small intimate gathering or space for 200 or more, Spyglass Ridge Winery can accommodate you. With both indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from, the winery is the perfect venue for any event!

 

Picture saying your vows in a stunning outdoor ceremony adjacent to our serene pond and lush vineyards, a breathtaking backdrop for wedding portraits and the perfect reception site.

 

Our beautifully renovated bank barn holds the main and lower tasting rooms for the winery. Inside our main tasting room, you can bring a festive atmosphere to the space and decorate for your event to express your unique style. Choose an elegant gala or casual barbeque (or something in between), dance the night away in our main tasting room or take a breather from the celebrations and relax outdoor on the deck overlooking the vineyard. Hold a small, intimate gathering in our classic and cozy lower tasting room for a real VIP experience.

Capacity and Rental Fees

Event consultation is free, reserve each option individually or combine them for the ultimate experience! Our fees are as follows:

Weddings - Includes both Indoor and Outdoor areas

Indoor: Maximum 100 guests

Outdoor: Maximum 500 guests

The rental fee is $5,000 and includes 12 hours of rental time. A non-refundable deposit of $2,500 is required. 

Includes outdoor space and main & side tasting room access.

We also offer rental of our on property Air B&B. If you want extra space for your bridal party to get ready, guests of the wedding or if the New Bride and Groom would like a little get away after their nuptials. Tents: We are able to help you with obtaining a quote for the size needed through our partnerships.

 

Tables and Chairs: Seating for 100 guests provided for indoor weddings/receptions

 

Catering: Since opening the restaurant, we have a catering menu to meet your needs. You are also free to bring in your own food for your event.

 

Linens: You have choices! You can work with your caterer to provide or you can bring your own.

 

Alcoholic Beverages: No outside alcohol is allowed due to our licensing. Spyglass Ridge Winery offers wine and Hard Soda’s. We offer you options of a cash, open or mix of the two for your bar needs.  (1 Bartender $50.00 per hour, 1 Server $50.00 per hour. Additional staff would be rated at 25.00 per hour) There is also an 18% gratuity

Private Event - Indoor/Lower Tasting Room: Hold an intimate gathering or wine tasting! Maximum 12 guests. 3-hour minimum rental for $300, Additional hours available at $150 per hour.  A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required.

Catering: Since opening the restaurant, we have a catering menu to meet your needs. You are also free to bring in your own food for your event. (1 Bartender $150.00, 1 Server $150.00. Additional staff would be rated at 25.00 per hour) There is also an 18% gratuity.

3 hour minimum rental for $800, additional time at $300 per hour. A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required. 

 

Tables and Chairs: Seating for 100 guests provided

We would like to keep our walls clear and clean from any damage. We ask that nothing be hung on our walls and that confetti of any kind is used. This includes confetti balloons.
